ESTAS Award Campaign
TDS UK (Tenancy Deposit Scheme) has been up for the ESTAS award before but with little success. This year we decided to launch an internal campaign to motivate colleagues to encourage client votes and reviews, and an external campaign to promote the company to members through social media and website views.
I wanted to create a feeling of belonging and team spirit within the individual departments, so I created them each a super hero character - each personifying the talents of that team. An 'ESTAS Hero' was also nominated for each team in order to lead and motivate their colleagues into asking members to give the company a review and a vote via ESTAS.
I created a variety of internal and external media. This covered print, digital and motion graphics in order to attract as much attention as possible through the campaign's simple character design and bold colours.
The campaign so far has generated the company 500% more votes than in the previous year - and counting!
